Soccer System and Lineup Sheet (zip)
The coach should have a soccer lineup sheet made up before the game. In selecting a system, the formation must be compatible with the player. A coach should never attempt to force a particular formation upon his/her players. Also, a formation is not rigidly held throughout the game. It is only a framework through which different plays are worked. After each play has terminated, the players move back into formation.
